On the basis of the developed algorithms of data transfer in nanoNET
the hardware and software complex
"Net of hydroacoustic stations" was designed and constructed.
Each station is equipped by 6-segment acoustic antenna and by
radio interface, which is used for control, amplification and data sampling of echo signal
envelope and transfer the registered data to Master node.
Master device is connected to personal computer through USB interface.
Its work is provided by use of standard dll functions unified for various
operation systems, what significantly simplifies the development of applied software.
This complex may be used for analysis of fish resources (even of fish schools)
in dynamics at depths up to few tens of meters.
The maximum range of wireless connection between Master node and
hydroacoustic station is more than 200 meters, and in case of use of directed
radio antennas - up to 1 kilometer if there is no noise in ISM 2.4 GHz diapason.
Wireless hydroacoustic complex
was developed by request of and in collaboration with Degtev A.I., director of
JSV "Industrial Hydro Acoustics" (Petrozavodsk, Russian Federation).

As a rule a Master device is located at the bank of the lake or river.
It consists of the microcontroller unit and
nanoNET transceiver and is connected to a computer through USB.
Radio channel is used to control the net of acoustic stations and to transfer the measured
data to PC.

Hydroacoustic station
is maintained at a floating platform. The digital part of the station includes
analog-to-digital converter, microcontroller unit and nanoNET transceiver.
These modules are used to control the analog part of the station (generator,
switch and amplifiers), to convert the echo signal to digital form
and to transmit the acquired data to Master device.
